Today I walked in the emergency dept Having shortness of breath, chest pains, light headed and some pain in my upper back & neck area. Triage nurse took one look at me with her green crooked eyes and seemed my case immediately as a non emergency. Please note I have a history or high bp and a heart condition. Do I think I’m having a heart attack, no but there is something seriously wrong. She told the check-in lady at the front desk to only mark down that I was dizzy. Wtf! I walked out! the same three people in the waiting room for over an hour.
The doctors are very friendly however sitting in a waiting room for 3 hours with a 35 day old baby trying to make sure it’s not having an allergic reaction to something and watching everyone who came in after you go back to be seen and you’re still having an anxiety attack it’s ok
It’s been awhile since I went but I was not happy with the nurse we had. My daughter went in for flu and got catheterized and didn’t succeed with it the first time. My daughter who was 3 at the time was screaming her head off. She proceeds to get another nurse to hold my daughter down to try again. No success again. I lost it. I did not allow a third try. I did not see the need for that to be done she was not experiencing troubles with urinary. I just felt like she had no compassion for my daughter who she seemed aggravated ... read more
Gave birth & had my tubes tied here at JH in Clayton !!! Everyone was so wonderful, especially the surgical team. I’d highly recommend to any expecting mothers.
Nurse named Dawn, was very rude and intrusive. Never again will I take my family there again.
Everything, they have always taken care of whatever needed.
