Avoid this company. Very poor Customer Service. When they were Ashby's they were excellent. It was a small firm and you spoke to a member of a Team that cared. I recommended a Client of mine thinking Johnson's would carry on the good work. I was very wrong. Extortionate fees for little or no work. Very many mistakes made which are now having to be sorted out. Fines incurred as a result of their mistakes and late filings. Johnsons run our Company's monthly payroll, and have done for many years. We find them helpful, accurate and knowledgeable, and I am glad we have got them, because I just pass it all on to them knowing it will be done correctly and in good time! Thank you Johnsons payroll department.

Avoid, high fees for doing very little, poor service, very heavy handed on an outstanding debt with a vulnerable relative, had to step in to stop them having a rip off fee with a debt collection agency, very unreasonable behaviour.
