Was hired then received a call that I couldn't start for 2 weeks because an employee wanted the position I was hired for. Heard a position was open talked to Chris F he refused to even see me. Went to Service Department to speak to Taylor who had interviewed me and saw Chris eating at his desk. He said the position I was talking about that had just came open the night before would be filled by his friend that he had already interviewed. RecommendedFive stars!!! All the staff were very friendly and helpful. Service department exceeded all expectations and then some. This is probably the best dealership I’ve been to. We came from out of town with issues with our truck. They got us in immediately, did a full check and got us back on the road quickly! Thank you!

My wife bought a new 2010 accord from this dealership. The purchase experience was great. The problems began with service. At 14k miles the rear brake pads needed replacement ( not covered by warranty). Talked to service manager (very unlikely to need rear brake pads that soon). He said he was unaware of any brake issues. Cost over $300.00. When I checked the internet, accord brake problems were everywhere... Honda had even lost a class action suit! Yes we got a used car BUT. They hardly cleaned the car up. Left carpets covered with food and spilled chocolate milk on carpet. So far its been a nice vehicle other than things we had to do to get it safe to drive. Tires’s,front-end alignment and wiper blades. We’d give it a 2.5 experience

I do strongly recommend Johnson City Honda. I have been purchasing vehicles from them since 2005 and using their service department. Other than the higher end Accords I am a Ford man. However, Johnson City Honda finally changed that. I should say though, they had help from the Johnson City Ford. I had a PAID for 2018 Taurus SHO AWD. A very nice car.
