I've never been more disappointed in a service location before. we were told we had 100,000 and 3 years for oil changes when we bought extended service on our van. well we took it today and try said that was only 8 services. That's not what they told us when we bought the van and that doesn't equal 3 years or 100000 miles. Every time we go there they find things "wrong" that our mechanic then tells us is incorrect and they overcharge. They don't seem to care about customers at all. I'm extremely disappointed. I was offered a price of 25,000 on a Honda Civic Si over the phone, when I got there in person they said it was going to be 26,280 because they added accessory fees and didn't tell me about them. They lied to me and when I got there, didn't want to admit it. They caused me to make a 4 hour trip for nothing. I will never be back to Johnson City Honda, I do not recommend dealing with them, they aren't honest dealers.
I came to JC Honda to buy a car for my niece. The whole process went smoothly, even though it was a Holiday! We got a great deal and she is thrilled with the car!
Their service Department is awful. I have a 2 year old Honda Civic that I bought new from them have already had to replace two tires because one was bad at my expense, UNDER WARRANTY and the carpet is coming lose from around the seat bolts and instead of them taking the seat loose and securing it back they want to pawn it off and say it’s supposed to be like that. The other experience I had was with Craig in the service department last week when I was in over the tires and he mouthed off to me in a very disrespectful manner ... read more
