Went there just to look at a car I was interested in, they had to run my credit score before I could even test drive it. A few miles down the road he was already ready to go back to the dealership. We agreed on a price and when i got my paperwork back they charged me more than the market value. Agreed on a payment I wanted said that was going to be what it was and it’s $100 more a month then what we agreed on. Don’t fall for their ‘you won a raffle bit’. Was lied to by the salesman. They tell you that you can keep same warranties etc and keep the same car payment. We rushed over there, picked out the car and started Paperwork. He then tells us our payment would be $100 more per month. 😡

They take advantage of the elder who are not able to make decisions on their own. I feel that they don't care who they hurt and are in it for the money.
Just made an hour trip to give the title the was sent to my house by accident( the bank’s fault). Also took the extra keys for the vehicle that I traded in. The people were rude and did not even say thank you. This was the second new vehicle that I bought from them. I have been happy with service and sales until now. Probably will but my next new Honda from Apple tree Honda. Rudeness is unacceptable.
