We went in on a Monday to trade in and see about purchasing a Odyssey. I had submitted an online application which had checked my credit report twice (which should have been my first red flag when they tried to tell me it was a soft pull and they would have to do it again.....side note those were not soft pulls I have confirmed this with transunion) anyway......so they pull my credit again....my fault I should have walked out instead of allowing them to do this. Will never step foot in the dealership again. Had a problem with the dealership back in 2015 but decided to try it again. Nope, hasn’t changed! Took my Jeep Wrangler to trade. Had a vehicle picked out but didn’t want to make a rash decision as I had just bought the Jeep 2 weeks ago and didn’t want to make the same mistake of not liking what I bought. very poor customer service. made an appointment to drive a car. never received a call or anything to state they took a deposit on it. very poor service ans wont deal with this lot because of the service quality. point blank.

I have to really brag on Johnson City Honda. I have never tried to purchase a car from there, but my son Skyler wanted to go because he had his heart set on a civic. He’s saved his money and at first he didn’t think it was going to work out, but the Lord really provided. Johnson city Honda gave him an incredible deal, it was beyond anything he could have hoped for! Good group of people and the salesman Shawn really went above and beyond!
