They have very bad reputation for not being professional and honorable as a company sad how manipulate and mistreat their customers is flat out pathetic
Terrible customer service, their General Manager admitted to a mistake (an almost 2K mistake) that was made on their end and then taunted the buyer saying they had attorneys on retainer for situations like that. Basically just berating them and taunting them. I'd never purchase anything from this dealership.

they screw people over bad
I took my vehicle in for a airbag recall replacement and was told "45-1hr". 2.5hrs later, and 3 service techs, I learned it had been "ready for about 45minutes". would have been nice had someone told me this!!

I only buy my vehicles from Honda to begin with, but Johnson City Honda is definitely my favorite dealership. Their lifetime warranty is with an independent 3rd party, so it goes with you wherever you go with your car. Steve Cowan is my go-to sales rep there. Definitely ask for him. I’ve never been disappointed or let down by their service dept. either. They have always taken good care of my vehicles.
