Arranged for Jane to write the Will of an elderly friend. She was thorough, probing and spent a lot of time visiting client at home. Kept to original quote. Very impressed.
Based on other reviews it seems that we have had an unfortunate one off experience with this company. After a bit of chasing we were able to secure an appointment with Eden, unfortunately only 3 hours before our appointment, it was cancelled as Eden was too busy and offered to reschedule in 2 weeks time. This was obviously really disappointing and added stress to the situation we were hoping to resolve with the support from Johnson Astills.
