I can't express how grateful I am for this office. I sent a message via MyChart and they immediately contacted me, getting me an appointment the next day and following up promptly. Dr. Conger and Dr. Hawkins are incredible. Thank you.
The actual providers are wonderful, but good luck getting timely access to care/responses from them when you have a sick kiddo. They are clearly overscheduled/overwhelmed, and the front desk staff is rude, unprofessional, and incompetent. We switched to Potomac Pediatrics and it has truly been life changing.
We had a terrible experience at this office. The doctors, particularly Dr. Uliassi, were alarmingly incompetent. The office environment was equally disappointing—dark, depressing, and lacking any windows or natural light. This is the worst setting imaginable for a pediatrician's office. On multiple occasions, they kept us waiting with our baby for 30 minutes before the doctor even showed up. We have since switched doctors and will not be returning. This is not the Hopkins we once knew and trusted.
We absolutely love this practice. Doctors are knowledgeable, kind, genuinely caring. Being part of Hopkins is such a plus, there’s access to top notch specialists and referrals happen quickly. We see Dr. Cantor and Uliassi and they are both amazing. Receptionists are polite and problem solvers. We couldn’t say enough great things about this place!
