Thorough and efficient assessment by ER staff. Excellent bedside manner by staff.
I just spent 3 days here, arriving by ambulance. My experience in the Emergency room and all of the staff Drs, Nurses, and Techs who helped with my care and diagnosis couldn't have been nicer and were very attentive. After several hours I was moved to 4South and the nursing care there was excellent, Everyone I dealt with at the hospital was so respectful and caring. One second we can leave the next we’re told we didn’t complete treatment and cannot my child suffered with the careless of a ngi tube being under and over shot one after one put in then ripped out!!!! She is 4 never come here
My daughter has had many hospital stays at JHH. The staff has been kind and caring for her each time. Thanks to the nurses on 10 North and 10 South! We appreciate everything that you do!
I don’t even think they deserve a 1. My grandmother came into the er with two deep cuts on the back of her head and still bleeding. We had to wait three hours just for them to do a cat scan. Then we come back to the waiting room and still have not been seen or ASKED if we needed anything to stop the BLEEDING from her HEAD!!! Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had in a hospital! I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE COMING HERE!!!!!
Amazing hospital and great efficient. The staff well trained and amazing friendly & helpful A hospital is the last place I wanted to be but this place I feel comfortable and trusting in their staff and the doctors Thank you all for taking care of me
