The environment and the staff is very warm and welcoming. If I need to take my daughter to an er this is my #1 to go to. Every doctor and nurse is very warm, patient and understanding. It takes a special group of people to work in a place like this one and I'm thankful for their kindness and dedication
This hospital saved my daughter's life. She waited here for months for new heart - she finally received it on July 26th. �

The staff is great, but their system is inefficient.
Not happy, my 5 month old daughter is sick with high fever and bad cough. Staff has been extremely lack luster and rough when looking at her like she's 5 years not 5 months. While I appreciate knowing exactly what's wrong with my baby I'm upset at the bedside manner the staff has and how stingy they are, gave us a hard time about giving her Tylenol and some Pedialyte.

I am friends with a young married Amish couple from Pennsylvania. The wife is more than 8 months into her pregnancy...her first pregnancy.....and the baby is in trouble. Words cannot express the amount of gratitude I have for this hospital. Thank you All Children's Hospital PICU staff for allowing God to use you in saving my newborns life. She is currently still there but my confidence in the staff allows my wife and I to rest at night while we go through these hard times. I am forever in debt to you.
