Amazing staff and doctors. Dr explained everything very thoroughly and listened to my questions and concerns. Clean friendly child safe environment. Even cafeteria food was good. All in all a pleasant place and im happy this is where my daughter will continue to go for her medical needs.
My 9yo son was in for a tonsillectomy and adenoidectomy on 2/22. The staff was amazing. They made sure we were both comfortable with everything they were doing and made sure to explain what was happening and what was going to happen later. They were so patient with him. I can't thank them enough for keeping my baby healthy, safe, and comfortable. This was the third experience we've had with this hospital and every time they are just awesome.
Excellent service!!!!!!!!!! Doctors are patient and very well in the operating room. God bless you Dr. Jacob.. my nephew is great hands especially with the Lord’s hand on each and everyone in that hospital
I love it , my newborn had surgery and I'm a first time mom , the staff and doctors are very kind and comforting. If there's a hospital I'd go to it's thisone for sure .
If negative stars were an option I would leave that. This company is supposed to be about helping families and children. All they have done for me is sent me deceitful bills one year after the surgery that I paid for in full at the time of care. If you have another option for surgery for your child take them elsewhere this place is a scam.
Docs and nurses are wonderful! My daughter was not afraid.
I can not thank the nurses and doctors in the PICU for the amazing effort in getting my daughter with Type1 diabetes back under control after her bad ear infection and throat infection. Especially want to thank our nurse Francisco who was absolutely fantastic!! He made my daughter smile after she lost her energy to do much of anything!! So incredibly grateful for these amazing people and their unwavering commitment to excellence in children's health care!! We love you all!!!

I spoke with the Schedulers in the Neurology Department yesterday. If the rest of your team is as OUTSTANDING as these ladies, I know my daughter will be in the best place to help her. I only wish I had written down the name of who I spoke with. She not only deserves more compensation but should be your Patient Relations Manager and Trainer.
