Incredibly compassionate and dedicated staff. I cannot overstate my deep appreciation.
Everyone on staff the volunteers at the front desk, registration, nurses, physicians, housekeeping and room service are just absolutely WONDERFUL! We were there for three days this week and they made what normally would have been a terrifying experience feel so comfortable. My five year old even asked why everyone here is so nice! You can really tell that, all they do, they do for kids. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. �

I cant complain they had some bezt doctors there had my bby there for 2 months bc he was i premiee an he still goes for checks so i cant complain love the hospital ��

The Child Life Specialist that helped my 3 year old through his procedure was truly amazing. Because of her kindness and ingenuity the procedure was successful and not traumatic.
Normally I love ACH. I have never had a bad experience until this visit. Of course, the last time I was in the ER with my daughter was about 10 years ago, so maybe it has something to do with the new management? Anyway, my daughter had a head injury and absolutely NOTHING was done...not wven an ice pack or a Tylenol was given to her. The doctor had the WORST bedside manner - she only checked on my daughter when she did (which was about 2 hours after waiting in the room) because I just so happened to stop her for a blanket, b... read more
This is the most wonderful hospital I have ever been to. All the staff here are unbelievably amazing. They not only care about the children, but the families as well.
Always a great experience (given the circumstances)...staff is amazing!
