Amazing nurses and staff at John Hopkins. I cannot begin to name them all, but every single person we encountered was so amazing and helpful. From the information desk when you walk in to registration and on. Hospitals can be stressful environments for patients, family and staff so I appreciate how kind, patient and considerate everyone was. The hospital's canned reply to description after description of nightmarish situations makes the hospital look even worse. You'd be better off not to respond at all than to use an auto reply. I have my own tales of lax care and brutal treatment in the HCGH ER, but they are from several years ago. We know better than to go there now.
I had the best pregnancy experience here. From beginning to end. The NICU took such good care of my twins. I'm forever grateful.
