I have no words.... simply outstanding service, my 9 yr old was treated so well and informed by the nurses of everything that was going on. They made her and our family feel right at home! Couldn't be happier!!! From the time you walk through the doors to the moment you walk out..perfection!!! Thank you!!!!

The nurses and doctors involved with my son was amazing very personal and professional. However was one nurse (older nurse)who was very short and rude on phone.
My grandson was sent to All Childrens Hospital when he was born last June-2016.He stayed in the NICU-4months (123 days).He came home one day after he turned 4-months old.He has a feeling tube and had alot of medical issues after he was born.I could not have had such a wonderful bunch of Doctors and Nurses that took such wonderful care of him and this Nana.And anyone else that works there they are very good people. Went to the Nero department. They were AWESOME to my daughter.
If you must be at the hospital it is nice to be at a place where everyone is wonderful and helpful.
Everything about ACH is ALWAYS 5 stars. Staff and doctors all really care and do their best for the health and well-being of patients. Their care and comfort for patients and families are amazing. Thank you!
Worse care my daughter has ever had. Went to er for my daughters kidneys getting infected again and for 6 hrs they never asked her how she was and if she needed anything. They never gave her a pillow or a blanket. And they discharged us saying she will probably be back up here in 24 hrs to get admitted but we r not admitting her now. Made this mistake once and wont make it again. We will be going to mease countryside like we usually do and we always get great care there.
I love this Hospital!! The staff are all very informative, friendly, and very patient. They know that parents can be scared and they make you feel like family. And they love your kids just as much as you. � My oldest had to have emergency surgery. And it all happened so fast. I was scared and they explained every step. And took great care of MY baby!!
