My fiancé was admitted Monday evening (7/16) to do vomiting blood. The ER staff and nurses were amazing and went out of their way to make us comfortable. Same goes for the ICU nurses and the ICU doctor (7/17 and 7/18). I'm sorry I didn't get their names, but the night nurse (7/17) and the ICU doctor on call during the day (7/18) were especially amazing! Same goes for the nurses and staff on the sixth floor (room 6359) on 7/18 and 7/19. Everyone was so helpful and friendly!!!

Everything about JHU is wonderful; their health-care personnel top-notch. A go-to place if there ever was one.

I can not say enough kind words about the staff at HCGH today. My family arrived after hearing my uncle passed away, and the execution of us being there was flawless. From the time we entered the staff at the front desk ushered us to the emergency desk where the staff had overheard us when we arrived and was awaiting us with wristbands. We were not rushed, we were so peacefully accommodated. In a time of complete distress and being emotionally distraught, every nurse, and staff was so undoubtedly kind. Over 40 of us entered ... read more

We spent 7 days in PICU and 1 day on the 9th floor after my daughter's Open Heart Surgery performed by Luca Vricella and Dr. Naru… Dr. Naru checked on her every morning with a huge smile on his face which reassured me as a mother. My first impression of Hopkins came through our Peds Cardiologist, Dr. Everett... He has a special connection with our Child and his overall prescence puts us at ease having a child with CHD. She is almost 1.5 mo post op, and we cannot express enough love and appreciation for the world class care t... read more

My complaint is about the billing department. I am very disappointed with how my account is being handled by your organization. We had our baby at Brandon Regional Hospital and I had my MFM appointments there. Sometime in May, we received a call saying that there was payment pending on our account. We have had a conference call with your representative and United Health Care and were told that the billing information was not similar on both ends. We then spoke to your manager who said, the payments made for my MFM appointmen... read more

Was there twice with my son Grant Pack. First time was when he was 4 months old and contracted Infantile Botulism. He was in the PICU for a month and then Kennedy Krieger for another month. Second time Grant was 5 years old and contracted Stevens Johnson Syndrome. He was in the Children's Center for over a week. Both times the entire Hopkins staff were awesome. Had it not been for Hopkins we would have lost him. Grant is now 22 and is living life to the fullest. Thank you.

We spent 2 weeks in Johns Hopkins Children’s center after our 17month old daughter was diagnosed with a brain tumor this past November. Dr. Ahn removed her tumor the next day after we found out about it and thankfully it was benign. Everyone from the receptionist, the Drs., nurses, even the people that transported her around the hospital were amazing! We still come to Hopkins for lots of appointments for our little girl and will for quite some time, but there isn’t any other hospital or Doctors I’d want taking care of our Em... read more
