Fantastic staff!
My husband stayed here for a week from a heart condition, only the best care was given . Thank you for being so kind and thoughtful.
We were treated with respect and compassion. They were wonderful in calming my 16 year old and myself prior to her brain surgery. I have to say the staff went above and beyond to make her time there comfortable and the doctors and staff were very helpful, informative and always seemed ready to help.
As we head home after delivering our baby here at HOCO Gen, we can’t say enough great things about our experience. Dr. K, Kristen, Kathryn, Heather, Jill, Gina and Tammy took GREAT care of us! Many thanks to our doc and team of nurses and all of the hospital support staff. Headed home with a happy and healthy baby!!!
My experience at this hospital has not been positive as opposed to other hospitals in the area. This ERs staff was unable & unwilling to handle the challenges of dealing with my 13yr old intellectually disabled, emotionally challenged, fetal alcohol syndrome son. Clearly more training for your pediatric ER staff is needed.

Workers in cafeteria are so rude. They know nothing and won't help the customers. They need attitude adjustments.

The staff is amazing and through our entire 5 month stay I knew my son was being well cared for even while I wasn't there. Also a shout out to our AMAZING case manager through the exit process. Jennifer is wonderful and really went the extra mile to help us and still does even now that we are home. Thank you all!!
