Absolutely the worst customer service experience I’ve had in a clothing store. At Johnny Big Homebush, the store manager was extremely rude, unhelpful, and disrespectful from the moment we walked in. While my mother, my wife, and I were simply browsing, he kept saying things like “don’t mess up” and “don’t ruin the clothes” instead of offering any assistance.
