Really bad customer service. Booked a boiler service and when the guy turned up he said he couldn't do the service as his machine wasn't calibrated properly and he'd return the next day - He didn't return and I never heard another word from him. A few months later decided to give them another chance and get them to quote for a new boiler. Quick, no-nonsense approach. I had to call out a plumber after my eldest son decided it would be a good idea to stand on a radiator valve. After a quick call I had a plumber round within 2 hours - job done.
Worst nightmare, managed to drill through a gas pipe, after ringing John Worth, an engineer was sent out straight away, this was the Thursdsy before x mas, the engineer Jacob I think his name was, he was an absolute star and a real credit to your business, this was probably the worst job he had prior to finishing for x mas, he got stuck in, and didn't go until everything was working as normal, thank you John worth for saving my x-mas and from stopping the Mrs from hanging me!!
