I have bought two bikes from john woods cycles and I have had many serviced there! I would not take my bike anywhere else matt in charge consistently goes above and beyond in every way so that when you leave you are very happy with their service! I have been taking bikes here to be serviced for a few years. They are incredibly thorough and clear about what needs doing. All my experiences of the staff have been very positive - friendly and non-judgemental. Every time I have had a bike come back from them it has felt brand new again. I've tried a few places around Bristol and John Woods is the one for me - I don't live that close to it anymore but still make the journey for my bike servicing needs.
Cannot recommend highly enough. Great prices for expert care and advice.
Lovely little bike shop. Great range of cool bikes and options for custom builds etc. great bike packing accessories. Also really helpful people - sorted me out quickly when my chain broke on a long ride on a hot day
