Didn't reply to two emails, potential buyer. Investor with several houses in area.....Clearly don't want to sell and feel sorry for the vendor - wallis road 3 bed house. Wouldn't recommend and suggest using different agent as very poor communications

I was not sure who to choose when I found myself in the position of selling my Parents home, the home where I grew up and had been in the family for 69 years, but I vaguely remembered seeing a sign which said "John Taylor" outside my grandfathers property back in the late 80 s so I thought ok, lets give it a try. We made an offer for a property. Agent incorrectly informed the vendor that we were not willing to negotiate despite us being in a better position as 1st time buyers and offering very close to the asking price. Vendor accepted our offer yet once we informed Taylors to formalise the offer they later called and very rudely said our offer was rejected without an explanation. We feel that we have been used by the agent in this case with their unsavoury tactics with the purchase of this particular property.
