The receptionist answers after me waiting, and then without speaking shuts the phone not even asking why was the call about , not to mention never available slots for my child to be seen

PLEASE FIX YOUR OPENING HOURS SHOWN ONLINE WHICH SHOWS YOU CLOSE AT 7pm. Today is Tuesday and the time is 4:47pm. I have called but apparently you close at 6:30pm and therefore cannot take my call?! It’s not even 6:30pm, and it doesn’t even show 6:30pm online?!
I have had many unpleasant experiences in the past but to share the most recent one - The referrals are done by someone in the admin team. My GP did my referral on the 15th August but I didn’t get any email saying that a referral has been done. I decided to give them some time to do the referral. After several days, I contacted the GP and I was told that Rosie will contact me that week. I then saw on my evergreen app that the referral was finally done after 11 days.
