I have used John Samuels Estate agents for five years. Through this period I have been impressed on the service that Eisha has provided repeatedly. The management of my property has been on a very high standard. I strongly recommend John Samuels Estates.
DO NOT BOTHER WITH THEM! I am a customer for over a year (landlord) and apart from the very first payout they have NEVER been in time with the payouts. If you engage with them prepare for begging for your payouts! If you try to comment on in they will tell you that they are accounts team is working on it or some other BS. I have really kept back of not giving a bad review but after so many disappointment with the payouts I have had enough now.
