Tristen McKelvey provided an excellent sales experience. He was pleasent and patient. He, along with Chris, addressed all my concerns and questions to help ensure I was able to purcase a safe and dependabe car for my daughter. I actually found an Altima I wanted across the road and he was able to work with Shane T to complete our sale. John Roberts and his staff at both his dealerships are top notch. I am very pleased with our experience and my daughter loves her beautiful Altima!

Worst place ever I went there last week and they looked at me if i couldn't afford to buy and pay a car from them i was looking to purchase a 2016 Nissan Altima or a 2016 Sentra but instead they told me that i would be better with a 2016 versa they wanted me to purchase a car not i don't even want
Hello my name is James Stone I purchased a 2016 Maxima a few months back my wife loves it. We also have two 2013 Altima's that we purchased in Murfreesboro. We have been having the Altima's serviced in Murfreesboro for the past few years but no more they will be going to Manchester from now on. Two BIG thumbs up to you and your great service department I had my Altima serviced this morning y'all really did a great job. Thanks and I'll be back in two weeks to get my other Altima serviced see ya then.
For the past 15 years I have used the service dept. of Roberts Nissan to take care of my 2001 Xterria. Feng it was time for a new ride, I went to Roberts Nissan and salesman Joe helped be. I now have a new car and I am so happy with my new car.

I have now purchased my second vehicle from John Roberts five years after the first. As always they are so good with customer service, they understand we have children with us, and never fuss about it. They always help us find something in our budget and what works for our family. Service department is also wonderful. Grateful to have them in our town.
Scott Nicoll was my sales rep - I found my car on the internet and Scott contacted me within an hour of my inquiry. He provided me with all the info I asked for to include a video of the car. We drove up (2 hrs from our home) for a test drive and ended up driving four different cars before selecting a 2012 Nissan Murano. The drive was worth it, because I got a top of the line vehicle with half the miles on it for the same price as a less well equipped car with more miles in my home town.
