I could not have been more pleased with Scott and my experience at John Roberts. He was very helpful, patient, and knowledgeable. I was thankful that he did not pressure me in any way.
I found a Murano on John Roberts website and clicked the internet Sales link. Scott Nicoll answered my inquiry and we negotiated the vehicle via internet and phone. I traveled to the dealership and test drove the car. Once satisfied, we closed the deal and I drove away a satisfied customer in about an hour. Thanks to Scott Nicoll and John Roberts Nissan.
Checked my battery in my key fob it was ok. Saved me from buying one at this time.
Scott, our salesman, did a fantastic job. No high pressure strong arm tactics. He let the car sell itself. Our older son will be looking for a car in a year or so and Scott will be our first call.
