Joe Licata was absolutely wonderful and made buying a car so easy. I told him exactly what I was looking for and what I could afford. He got me into my van that is ensuring I wanted /needed. I will be purchasing another car in about a year and I will be going back to see Joe. This process took about an hour and a half from start to finish. I highly recommend them! Thought tristen did a great job went above and beyond but i felt very uncomfortable having a middle man to talk for you.Dont think ill be going back their cant understand why chris the manager couldnt come out and talk and negotiate instead of running somebody in between shows me they arent capable of handling a customer one on one and are lacking integrity but far as a salemsn if you must go to roberts i suggest talking to tristen great guy hard worker and is their to make sure you have a great experience.
Great experience...the new car manager Chris Swan was very helpful in understanding the process and the outcome. Jeremy was my salesman and he too was very helpful.
I was in the market for a Nissan Rogue, but had a very specific set of features that were a must. Doing my research I came across Roberts Nissan and they had the right features at a great price! I live in Saint Louis so it would be at least a 5 hour drive. Purchased a car from here and the entire was helpful. The salesman name was Breydon and he was able to answer any and all questions that we had. Top notch service.
