I chose trade my Jeep Renegade for Nissan Frontier. I was worried about it even being possible but Scott helped me in every way. Each person I came in contact with was great! I highly recommend.
We bought a used truck from them and have incurred nothing but problems with it. It is now costing us $14,000 to fix all the problems ONTOP of paying a note on it! The side mirrors they supposedly replaced as part of the agreement is falling apart and the dash clipsthat was supposed to be replaced is being held together by glue instead!!! If I could I'd give zero stars!!! Will never buy another vehicle from here.
First ever car bought at a dealership. Found the car I wanted easily on their website and contacted Scott Nicoll about it and recieved prompt response. They gave me a bottom line price (since I was driving from Chattanooga) and it was the best deal around. No pressure or hassle, showed up at the dealership and took the car on a long test drive and drove it home a couple hours later. Excellent customer service. Scott is the MAN. Would definitely send friends and family their way!
You're better off not wasting your time here and going to a more competent place to buy a vehicle...plain and simple.
Not at all impressed with the customer service. Commission must be more important than following through on service.
My husband and I were looking into a new car. We were given all the information we asked about, and we were in no way pressured to buy anything. We went home, talked it over, called insurance, and pretty much did our research. We went back the next day, talked some more, still with no pressure, and decided to get our 2016 Altima. We got a really great deal! I would recommend this business to anyone! When you go shop for your new ride, ask for Dan and Chris!
