Just purchased a used vehicle from this dealership. Could not ask for a better experience. Very helpful with payment information. We drove an hour and a half to get there and I would have driven 8 to get to work with such down to earth people. Would definitely recommend this dealership to family and friends!
Wonderful experience. Our vehicle broke down going to Nashville. The service department called right away and gave an estimate. We were treated very well. It ended up being the transmission due to a bursted hose and all transmission fluid leaking out. They repaired it as fast as possible and then let us leave it until we could pick it up on the weekend. Great place, I would recommend to anyone.
My mother car yall have it with a steering problem asnd yall cnt figure it out yall r waiting for the warranty to run out so we have to pay for it. If it doesn't get fixed and I have a wreck with me being 5 months pregnant I'll own Nissan. So I suggest yall look at the maxima with steering problems. Not happy at all with yall

She is the most professional, dedicated, customer service oriented person I've ever run across in an automotive dealership. She always has a smile and is determined to make customers feel appreciated. She always does exactly what she says she will do or more!
Paula works with the car rental program for the dealership~! She is a joy to work with and always there to take care of our customers when they need it most! Would reccommend anyone to go see her for any of your rental needs!
