Great people over there. I have been wanting a Jeep for a long time and they took great care of me.
Patrick Ruff welcomed me as soon as I arrived. They were very busy that day but that was OK. They have coffee and other items for you to snack on while waiting. The service and parts departments will answer any questions you have about operation, add on parts and accessories. The sales department will answer questions about your vehicle or the possibility of trading or adding a vehicle to you stable. I always enjoy going to Roberts Nissan! They are a great group and represent the brand very good!!
Regular customer. The service departments guys are so awesome! They worked with me so I could get brakes and oil change done in same day without an appointment. Not only that but I was in and out in 75 minutes!! I really appreciate their professionalism and courtesy. I feel as if they went above and beyond for this happy and satisfied customer. Thank you all so much for an outstanding job!!!!!! I certainly bragged about my experience the next day to anyone who would listen. :)
