Called out John for a problem which he solved immediately, a loose battery terminal clamp. Set off to our next holiday and, surprisingly, the same fault reared its head. Luckily the site warden solved it with a knife and we've had no problems since. I contacted John expecting a sympathetic word or two, maybe a partial refund of the call out charge but neither were forthcoming. I got a possible offer of a discount on my next job,as if! In his defence he was pleasant enough and did several checks on the electrical system.
John was punctual and very polite. Was respectful of the van. He did a full service. Would highly recommend

John serviced my caravan today and was lovely. He was punctual, pleasant and very thorough. It was so much easier having him come to my caravan storage area. Excellent service. Would highly recommend.
