I had a great experience buying a flat through John Payne (Lee branch). Will and Chris were friendly, helpful and responsive throughout the process including being v responsive to some post-purchase follow ups. Alison, the Sales progressor, was also excellent with keeping things moving as fast as possible. I would recommend.

I can highly recommend John Payne, Lee office. Chris and Will were extremely helpful throughout the process of selling my house, always on hand to answer questions, plenty of viewings and ultimately a sale. I would definitely use them again. A mention to Alison, the sales progressor too, very good and on the ball.
Fantastic experience from Chris and Alexandra at the Lee branch. Really smooth and prompt service, and found tenants for my rental property at short notice. Great service as well by Alice from their pre-tenancy team. Very pleased all round!
The chaps at the John Payne Lee office are tremendous - in particular Will. Always on time, courteous and attentive, Will showed us multiple properties until we found the one we ended up buying. He took the initiative to suggest properties we may like, followed up after viewings and was generally always there when needed. A pleasure to work with.
