Renting under their management, property had several issues to start off and they are taking absolutely ages to sort anything out. Moved in in March and they are still avoiding issues now in October. Fully ghosting your emails. They rush you to sign the contract and then you're on your own even though you pay a non-refundable monthly residency fee to them. We didn't have a usable washing machine and had to hand wash for 11 weeks.
