I can honestly say that the time and money I invested in working with John-Paul was literally life changing. It can be quite strange at first talking to a "stranger" about deep emotions but very quickly it felt very comfortable and I actively look forward to the sessions. I have unravelled so many things that were causing me pain. It's a cliche but I cannot recommend working with John-Paul more highly.
