My first visit went well seeing Dr. Ortega. He is very nice. He was able to provide answers to my questions and provide me with meds.
Dr Ortega was very sensitive to my concerns and explained my test results in a way I could understand and made my decision to have surgery easier
Waited 20 minutes past appointment time before directed to patient room Once seen by doctor, service was fast and professional
Dr Ortega Understood my problem, gave me different meds & I am sooo much better. Will schedule an appointment In Oct to see that all is well.
The staff is friendly. Dr. Ortega takes time to listen to you and not rushing off to the next patient.
I was having a problem with sever nasal blockage, resulting in using too much Afrin Dr. Ortega prescribed medications that gave me relief without using the Afrin.
Staff were ver accommodating and courteous.
My ears were blocked with wax and hair I had pushed in too far. Doctor John removed the wax. It hurt, but it worked.
Dr Ortega is great. I brought my daughter in to have her nose cauterized. He explained the procedure and showed the blood vessel that would have the procedure. It was a quick process. Happy we choose Dr. Ortega
