This man schedules a patient every 10 minutes, and it is reflected in the care he provides. He was over an hour late, and didn't listen to what I had to say. He kept referring to my "bilateral" tinnitus even though I reiterated several times that only my left ear was affected. He cleaned my ears and then proclaimed to have cured my "bilateral" tinnitus even though I told him the left ear tinnitus had resolved several days prior to my visit. On time and no real waiting.
I believe I have already responded about having to wait 20-30 minutes for a 7:50 am visit. Dr. Ortega is a fabulous doctor so I will put up with these waits. My feeling is the clinic tries to book too many appointments per hour.
Dr. Ortega totally understood my concerns and addressed the issue. Was very happy with the appointment and the outcome.
Against my better judgement, I kept returning to Dr. Ortega for my ear problems. He was arrogant and the wait times were ridiculous. He did not care about my symptoms a procedure that was unnecessary which only caused more problems. His answer…”I don’t know what it is”. I will never return to this doctor.
My last visit I had to wait about an hour after my appointment time. This is a busy location but Dr. Ortega is great and has good bedside manner. I visit a few times a year for cleanings and will continue to come.
Dr spent lots of time with me.
He went straight to my problems and gave a medication to fix it
Dr. Ortega listens very well, offers solutions, and is compassionate. I am very impressed by his expertise. Thanks doc.
