This was my 1 st visit with Dr. Ortega and I was very satisfied. He listened to what I had to say and was not rushed at all.
It was a yearly checkup and i needed my medication to be refilled .
Office staff is friendly; premises are clean and wait time is minimal.
Procedure was so quick and easy and healing very nicely. Just be prepared to wait in the office for a very long time to see him.
Spoke to office or nurses 5 times wanting a 5 minute conversation with doctor to explain meds prescribed that were ordered but were never covered in my visit. Never received a return call for the doctor. Doctor was extremely busy the day of my visit, 60+ minutes late for our visit, why would you schedule visits 10 minutes apart knowing that their is no way to complete in 10 minutes. I will not be coming back to use him in the future nor will I request another doctor in the EENT office. Happy to discuss my issues with anyone ... read more
Able to make appt. within a week of calling. Receptionist pleasant. Dr was nice but was my 1st visit and he never introduced himself, just started in with the issue. Waited about 40 minutes for a very quick visit for procedure. I would go back if same problem occurred and would recommend him even with the long wait.
Doctor was professional and extremely helpful in explaining the test results would highly recommend Dr Ortega
Dr Ortega is a great doctor. Good listener and asks the right questions.
I am a new patient and got in immediately. I had been coughing since July and saw him in August — I thought my issue would clear up and when it did not I got a recommendation from my regular doctor to go see Dr. Ortega. He came in looked in my throat and nostrils and prescribed medication. The meds have given me great relief.
