General review of CPAP usage
Two years ago, I had an emergency issue with an earache. Dr. Ortega was able to squeeze me in with very short notice, less than two hours. He acted quickly and decisively, and was able to recover most of the hearing in my ear. Recently, I had another earache that was not going away and scared me a bit. I schedule a visit with Dr. Ortega for two days later. He reviewed my symptoms and was able to reassure me that the ear looked good and that the remaining issue was in no way similar to the earlier issue. My hearing was stable... read more

Dr. Ortega has always been kind, compassionate and caring with my family and I. He takes time to listen and we don't feel rushed. He is an exceptional doctor with experience! We highly recommend him!
He explained the need for hearing aids for my mom & was very pleasant.
When I 1st saw Dr Ortega years ago, he was very thorough but that has changed recently. He is going through the motions, I think! I still have not heard re: ultrasound results!! Almost 2 weeks. Will have to find a new ENT!
