Always good service and reliable. Parking a nightmare, however. Very small car park difficult to maneuvre around in at the best of times, and is often so full you can't get in.

John Oates garage was absolutely great with my car when the engine malfunction error kept popping up. They found the cause of the issue and Mark kept me in the loop from start to finish. I couldn't have been happier with the service. Will definitely be using them again.

My car threw its poly belt off. It was found to be the tensioner. The car was ready the next day for me to pick up. John (the owner) went out of his way to fix my car quickly as I needed it for work. I highly recommend him and his garage

Great friendly team who go out of their way to help you. I will continue to take my car for all MOT`S and repairs and would highly recommend to others. Thanks again John for opening up out of hours so that i could collect my car much appreciated.

Ask for brake pads and discs to be done and a fresh MOT. I wanted to brake pads doing so the MOT would have no advisories related to brakes as it’s a performance car, and it can make it harder to sell privately. For some reason the MOT was performed before the Brakes, now I have advisories on my brakes. I was also charged £15 for headlamp alignment, which every time I’ve had this in the past, they usually just do it for free as it’s less than a 2 minute job, and if you’re getting £1,200 of work done, they usually do you a fa... read more
