I was in need of some advice and went to John Nichols and the guy who served me was really helpful and polite. I don’t remember his name unfortunately but he was professional and knowledgeable. overall a very good experience.
Just dropped in to Nicholls in Banbury for the first time. Primarily for some advice and bits if needed. The service and advice was fantastic - I didn’t get the name of the gent who served me but well done, thank you. I’m sure I’ll visit again

The bolt that holds my kitchen sink together to the waste pipe snapped. It is one of those with a slot for unfastening with a coin so you can clean out the waste. I did secure a replacement but it was too large by mm only. I have been without a sink for 4 days so was fairly desperate. Thrilled to say that they did manage to find a smaller bolt and I now have a working sink again. Deeply grateful. Friendly, helpful staff.
