Pick my bike up well crated no issues. But unfortunately as sent and then returned through John mason it would have been easier to put our possessions straight in the bin. Don't know about the change over in Adelaide or if the container was dropped. Yes we packed a lot . But so did a removal company. If it said fragile 50% was broken. We have moved backwards and forwards to Australia over the last 17 years and by far the worst experience. Unfortunately... We received our whole household delivery last Friday which was shipped over from the USA to our new home in the UK. Carlos arrived with his helper and straight away when he introduced himself I knew this was going to be the very best delivery I have experienced. There were 109 boxes and all our furniture. Carlos took so much care of our items. He completely assembled every furniture item and every time he brought a box into our home he would open it for me to look at and decide where to have it placed. He was there from 9am ... read more

I had goods shipped from the US and when they arrived here, were transported incorrectly by John Mason International. The box states that it needs to be mailed upright and the movers took it upon themselves to transport it on its side, leading to a broken item. John Mason International’s employee Harry Warnick and Liam Fairbother have been somewhat helpful, however everything up until this point has been stalled because of “insurance”. We had a very bad experience with John Mason Removal Company. We went through a lot of trouble with them which caused us severe emotional stress. Our walls and doors were badly scratched in the process. Our clothes & personal belonging were thrown everywhere on the floor. The company’s culture seen in the behaviour of everyone working there is not client oriented nor client friendly. Would not recommend it to anyone.

I used John Mason's outdoor car storage and was thoroughly satisfied. The waterproof cover protected my car from the elements, and the dedicated, secure area with constant surveillance assured me of my vehicle's safety. Their experience in handling car storage is evident.
