My visit to the office yesterday was addressed promptly and the staff extremely pleasant to have on this difficult day. I cannot thank Emily enough for her kindness. But more importantly, her knowledge. Focus on what she was doing which required precision was very obvious. She was also nice to me. Thank you all. You made this procedure very pleasant
