Fantastic service from Shakila at Peloton (in John Lewis Trafford Centre). Shakila was so friendly and knowledgeable and there was no 'hard sell' which would have immediately put us off. Shakila is an absolute credit to both Peloton and John Lewis and we'd like to thank her for wonderful customer service.
The click and collect guy who reminds me of George Michael in looks is always such a ledge. He is so pleasant!
