I only dealt with two people within this organisation, Connor and Max and found them both professional and knowledgeable about the product (Thinkware Dash Cam X800 UK) which I purchased and I had installed by their company (John Kleis – Reading). Completely transformed my VW Polo and well worth the 5 hour drive from the North East. Thank you to Connor for his exceptional service on e-mail in the lead up to my appointment. My lack of technical knowledge will never understand how you’ve managed to install what you did, giving me CarPlay, parking sensors and steering wheel button functionality etc. Thank you again.

Mark and the team, were very helpful. My vehicle is not only old, but a Japanese Import. It needed a new Head Unit and Reversing Camera. Mark asked questions about my usage, and preferences, and then offered three suggested options. Although I chose the most expensive option, it met all my nav, radio, CD and even DVD requirements.
