Will use Halliwells again
Had a pair of basic wills written through the Will Aid scheme. We were told in the initial (15 minute) interview it would cost £180, which is Will Aid's suggested donation. When we went to sign them we were told there would be additional charges, as the wills weren't basic and extra work had been incurred. No-one had contacted about the so-called extra work.
