Have been in contact with John Francis for 3 months plus regarding an empty property they are trying to lease. The garden is completely overgrown, brambles everywhere. It is now so overgrown my children can no longer use my garden safely. They are leasing the property as the tenant’s responsibility to maintain the garden, however it is so unsafe, and for the bargain price of £1200pcm. I called them 5 times a day after viewing a property and they didn't answer. After a week of doing this they finally answered and told me the property has been let to someone else. I never received a call from Ben despite them saying they would. This has delayed my plans and caused me a lot of stress.
They’ve made the whole moving in process very easy for me. Sam, Aled and the team have been awesome.
