Unprofessional staff Rachel and Karen very rude and pushy! They have harassed me for weeks and they forget I'm paying them to do a job not the buyer of my property! I would never recommend using John Francis and I've reported them to the ombudsman! I've only rated 1 star because I can't submit my review otherwise,if I had a choice it would be -10 at least!
The only way I can submit this review it to select a star rating so I will put 1 star but it means nothing! Very disappointed with the treatment I have received, on one occasion 2 weeks after a viewing I had to contact them for feedback then 2 days later I never heard back so I had to chase them again only to receive an apology for not getting back to me.
