I can happily recommend Alison Clark and her assistant Kelly. We arranged to transfer ownership of a retirement apartment in Colchester and due to having to deal with the management company plus the landlord's agents it added to the complexity. In addition we live abroad and were less au fait with U.K. rules and regulations. Alison was great throughout and showed great patience, professionalism and knowledge. Thank you!
Overall a complete lack of urgency and customer care shown by both Sean and Samantha during an eviction process. Not a very professional service at all. Would definitely not recommend.
