We recently completed a house purchase in Richmond. Aleksandra handled the process and was very diligent and friendly throughout the process. Peter from Property Management has been fantastic to work with. He is friendly, approachable, and always quick to respond. When it came to returning our deposit at the end of the tenancy, Peter handled everything in a very reasonable and logical way, after we were having trouble with another property manager. It really gave us confidence that we were in good hands and he sorted our deposit within a few days. I’d highly recommend Peter to anyone looking for a property manager who is both professional and genuinely supportive.
Aleksandra looked after my sale immaculately from start to finish. After introducing a buyer, she tracked the process throughout. She liaised with all parties, keeping me informed and making sure there were no delays along the way, all this with good humour too. I would definitely highly recommend Aleksandra and John D Wood.
DO NOT RENT WITH JOHN D WOOD UNLESS YOU LOVE STRESS 6 months of hell. No ventilation, health hazard. They are the worst letting agent we’ve ever dealt with, do not rent or buy with this company, complete incompetence at all levels of management. They will cost you money, time, stress & potentially your health, it is not worth it! When we moved out we also recieved our deposit back in full just for clarity.
