I had an excellent and outstanding experience with the agency. They were very helpful, responsive, and attentive throughout the entire process. I am especially grateful to Pratima Amon and Layla Kelsey for helping us find this fantastic flat.
Big shout out to Layla! She is a absolute star, just look at the 5 stars reviews of her. Just want to say thank you Layla for all your help in the past few days. You are always there with prompt response and kept us updated in the loop all the time which had made the whole process and experience of renting the flat nice and smooth. Highly recommended!
Cannot recommend them to sell your flat, they just put it on rightmove/zoopla and do nothing. I had to constantly chase for feedback or updates. After about 5 months they told me I should wait a few years until the market improves, or accept an offer 12% under asking. I switched to another more proactive agent, had offers at asking within weeks.
