I can’t seem to leave zero stars so I will leave one. These agents are terrible. This agency is awful. They discriminate against disabled people, and they harass disabled people when the disabled people don’t agree to the angency’s *illegal* demands. (They demanded proof of my disability and proof that my dog was a trained certified service dog, none of which they are allowed to even request. It is against the law to request this.)
